Worth the wait! Food is good and the cheesecakes are yummy. Great place for dates, dessert togethers and casual celebrations.

Great place to celebrate a birthday and going around 5pm was ideal. Gorgeous environment, great service, comfortable seating. Food great too, by the way.

A great place to have a special meal in Green Hills mall. Lots of great food options- but be sure to save room for the cheesecake (it's phenomenal)!

Love their cheesecake especially the Godiva chocolate. The food is just o.k. Think they have way too many options food wise so the food isn't great.

This location is VERY busy. There is almost ALWAYS a wait. It's not unusual for the wait time to be between 45-90 minutes. It's also annoying when you get stuck in one of the small tables (for 2) that are really close to neighboring tables. The food is the same as all of the other locations though, so no complaints about that.

I love the cheesecake factory for it's good food, variety in selection and atmosphere. Two of the downsides to CF is that everyone agrees with me; the waits are long and usually it always packed and sometimes too loud.

My family and I really enjoy dinner here there food is awesome and yummy there drinks are great and there cheesecake is heaven can't wait to go there with my friends!!!!!

Good food, good service. Very long wait. Always busy. Happy hour has good prices for appetizers. Needs more bathrooms, though.

Love the food especially the portion size. I have never had a bad experience here at the restaurant.

Overall I like The Cheesecake Factory. The food is consistently good and with a menu the size of a dictionary (only a mild exaggeration) you can always find something you like! And the chocolate raspberry cheesecake is what dreams are made of. My only complaint is how insanely busy this location is. There is just a sea of people at the front at all times. It can make it hard to even get in or out of there!

There recently! It was our first time there! Pretty restaurant.Service was slow and you are crammed in like sardines ONTOP OF PEOPLE ON BOTH SIDES. Zero privacy!!!

Awesome cheese pizza and cheesecake although the strawberry isnt the greatest still amazing

I personally can't understand the negative reviews, this restaurant is excellent! Yes, they're a little pricey, but the extensive menu, delicious food, great service & especially the fantastic cheesecake more than makes it worthwhile. I highly recommend their White Pizza & Banana Cream cheesecake. Give them a try & see for yourself. I'm going for an early dinner there today, and can't wait! :)

Chicken salad absolutley some of the best I've had. The Red Velvet cheescake is marvelous. Service on Sunday Oct 10th was very very good.



Service on Mother's Day morning May 2010 was slow even though not many customers yet. Breakfast foods not great. Will stick to lunch menu items.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience today, as a matter of fact, we decided to let it be our 52nd anniversary meal. We have eaten at the Cheesecake factory several times, and have always found the food to be delicious, and well presented.

Our server Charles W. was excellent, made us feel special, and we enjoyed chatting with him about the upcoming Titans football game . So I can't think of anything negative to say, and just that we enjoyed it to the fullest.

Lovely cheesecake but I hate the way the coffee is served in plastic tumblers with a straw (?!?) and the over chirpy staff make me nervous. It's all just too sugar coated and sycophantic for me and it's a bit pricey too. Nice but maybe only once or twice.

THE GOOD: 1) Every staff member we came across was very friendly and helpful....our server was FANTASTIC. 2) The portions are huge...no, let me rephrase that: HUGE. 3) Food was delicious! 4) The prices are VERY reasonable for the amount of food you get.



THE BAD: 1) They don't take reservations, so you will probably end up waiting about 30 minutes. 2) The silverware was covered in spots, which could have been easily removed with a dry cloth (I can let the others go, but this is what made it only get 4 out of 5 stars from me). 3) The lighting goes WAY down during dinner time. While it's great for relaxing with friends, it's not so great for trying to order.



Over all, it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back.
