A couple of years ago, my siblings and I decided to chip in and pay for my parents house to be cleaned once a month. We were using a different service before the flood which displaced my parents for a few months. When I called the previous company to re-establish a schedule, they said they would need to do a deep cleaning and everything was new and also would have to go up on the price. I started searching for other options and the change to Showplace was a change for the better in every area. They are dependable and consistent. The other company was constantly forgetting something on their checklist. Also, my parents are in their 80's and my dad has dimentia. It is very important to have stability and the same person cleans their house every time. She cleans it better than the 3 people the other company would send in the same amount of time. Oh and it even costs less.

I have used several cleaning services, and a few of them were using hispanic women who could not speak English, therefore I found it difficult to communicate with them when they were here. I finally started with Showplace cleaning a little over a year ago and I have always had the same person, and she is here at the appointed time and day. She works very efficiently and I am always satisfied with the end result.

I switched to Showplace b/c I was unsatisfied with my former cleaning service. They do an excellent job; my home is always cleaned to my satisfaction. They always clean on the designated day each month, something that was always an issue with my old service. And the price is very competitive. I highly recommend Showplace!

My husband and I are new to the area. He is a Ear, Nose, Throat, and Plastic surgeon and I am a Chemical Engineer. We are very detail-oriented and busy individuals. We have always had a cleaning service in our home(s). My first correspondence with Joan at First Class Cleaning was EXCELLENT! She was very kind, friendly, sweet, assertive, and PROFESSIONAL! I answered a few questions and within 15 minutes, she told me the price for our first extremely thorough cleaning and the price for continued bi-weekly cleanings. I was so impressed with her demeanor and manners. I explained my situation and she managed to have her PROFESSIONAL TEAM at my house the following day at the time I needed and desired. Her WONDERFUL team arrived on time, each carrying all the materials needed in hand carried containers. Each member(Don, Stacey, and Correta) were so peaceful and pleasant! I showed them around the house and they bagan working right away. They were so quiet, splendid, and stellar with their workmanship as they cleaned. I could hardly believe the time that it took them to clean our house, which is over 3,500 sq. ft., in the personalized and detailed manner in which they had maintained. They moved things and cleaned under, over, and everywhere inbetween! My house looked like it did when I first moved in!!! When my husband arrived home from work, he could not believe his eyes. I called Joan right away to set up our bi-weekly continued cleaning service that we had spoken about previously. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND STAND BY IT, HAVING PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, TO CLEAN ANY AREA!! THE PRICES ARE AMAZING! THE SERVICE IS AMAZING! THE WAY YOU WILL FEEL IS AMAZING!!! THEY ARE "TRULY" FIRST-CLASS, FIVE STAR FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!!

I do NOT recommend this cleaning service. The work performed was not the work contracted for. When my husband and I complained, we were told we could pay additional money for a team to return to complete the job. The management at the agency did not accept responsibility for the problems and were belligerent. In the end we had to finish the job ourselves. It's worth peace of mind to have to job done correctly the first time - hire a different cleaning service.

We had showplace clean our house one time last year and I will never, ever let them into my house again. They did a horrible job and on top of that, they took $160 from my dresser drawer which has never been returned.I contacted the authorities who advised me they had received lots of complaints about this company. Unless you want to pay someone to come over and steal from you, do not hire this business.
