When I first signed with Sharon (a little over a year ago) she was great. She gave me tons of good advice and really helped me launch my acting career. Recently though, she has been nearly impossible to get in touch with. I had to e-mail her about an issue (with headshots) 5 times over the course of a month before she actually responded. Her reply did not even help to resolve the issue. Other people who are singed with her have been having the same problem. She certainly plays favorites. When I complained to one of her "favorites" he told Sharon and I got a reply from her the next day. She is supposed to be working on my behalf, so she should really improve her client relations. Also, be warned, she will advice you to get headshots done with Heath Chitwood. She won't tell you this, but he is her husband. She makes him sound like a great photographer. He is good, but certainly not the best or most reasonably priced option. Just a little heads up.
