This business is completely not professional and unreliable! I have been lied to and given the run-around for a complete month! They debited my account for services and equipment I never purchased without authorization! I have been told numerous times it was refunded and I should have it and still nothing! Do not give this company any of your personal information, they are incompetent!! Just go with ADT directly..in the end you spend the same amount!!

This company called me at 9:00 PM to sell me ADT services. I'm already an ADT customer! I told them I didn't appreciate the call so late. A legitimate company would not treat people like this. This just shows they only care about making a dollar.

These people are fly-by-night scam artists! Their salespeople and managers lie and use deceptive practices. Don't do business with them. If they call or knock on your door save yourself a lot of grief and don't answer.

The Business based out of Nashville Tennessee Action Security is handling employment compensation in an unacceptable manner. I can only speak for the employees that are located in other parts of West Tennessee specifically Jackson, when I say that compensation is untimely and embarrassing. Local facilities that accept these Action Security checks have posted them into thier windows for all to see stating that they are no good. The financial insitution does not honor them due to insufficient funds in their account. Now, this company works through contracts for the Security Guards that they have stationed in different locations one in particular being the Madison County School System. Action Security receives their money through their contract automatically but the employees not only receives their money after the initial payday, but it also comes via land mail (which is not good at all). When the direct Manager is contacted, Mr. Bell, he simply states "they should have been there by now and you know sometimes things happen". After working hard for two weeks, you don't get paid on time, your manager seems to be everything but concerned, and you are left to just wait in hopes that when you do receive it, there will be sufficient funds in the account to cash it. Overall this is just BAD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT!!!
