I had a Patriots Legends helmet w/Brady Bledsoe Bellicheck Gronk Law etc! 15 players and coach. Paid $3k from a Bank auction. Attempted to sell it a year or so later, and simply by phone and picture text Richard and the guys told me the bad news my autographs weren’t legit! I thought I was Had! But Richard told me how to contact the bank and how to get a rejection letter etc and talked to the bank when needed. Got all $3k back plus shipping! They went out of their way to help me!
