We have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. We have been nothing but impressed by every aspect of Polly's. The staff is honest, genuine, caring, and great to work with. They have a very clean, kid friendly environment, loaded up with toys and activities. The playground behind the house is enclosed and sectioned by age. There are several things to play with outside. In just a one month period we saw the intellectual development of our daughter skyrocket. She has made some good friends there and comes home a little smarter every day. They do preschool learning exercises, drawings, puzzles, alphabet, numbers, songs. They give you a monthly agenda filled with learning, parties, and themed exercises. They provide drinks, lunch and snacks. Hands down the best daycare I could hope for!!! I am very glad we made the move to Polly's.

This is by far the worst daycare my daughter has ever attended. Not only were all the caregivers rude to me, but they shorted me money that they were supposed to reimburse me for. First of all they require you to provide all meals and snacks. They cannot handle the children because they were always rowdy when I came in. They play favoritism because a lot of the kids have been their since birth. Their book keeping sucks because they kept losing my checks that I wrote. They tried to charge me twice for a weeks pay of childcare. Then they charged me for late fees after my daughter was no longer there. I was constantly being called to come get my daughter because they didn't know how to punish her. They expected me to leave work just to come spank her, and then go right back to work. I will never recommend anyone to go there. EVER!!
