Just want to take a moment to give a Huge Thank you to One-Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for their quick wonderful service of getting out and fixing my air this morning. The service guy Lonnie was the best! I would recommend them to everyone!

Came out the same day, fixed the problem at a reasonable price, and were very professional and knowledgable. This after another firm said I needed the unit replaced at a cost of 5,000 dollars. Be careful who you call.

Not only did Chris Moore do a great job servicing our unit, he went above and beyond his duties. We had tubs and boxes in our garage blocking the path to part of the unit he needed to service that I had forgotten were there. Since I was holding my 6 month old son, he so kindly moved all them out of the way, did his job and even moved them back when he was finished. He never complained and volunteered to do it for me. He was very polite and understanding. Thanks again Chris!!

Paul was especially professional and friendly, and he communicated exactly what was wrong with our unit going so far as to show me the capacitance readings of our unit's blown capacitor. He went above and beyond the basic service call by checking for and finding additional problems that likely would have caused calls later. Paul is a champion of customer service!

Heat went out in 19 degree weather in a brand new home built by progressive development.we had been in home 3 months- builder wouldnt help us so we called kyle at one hour nashville and he cane out immediately to help us and then back the next day with new board for our heating unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly Recommend!

Very pleased with One Hour

I had a few other quotes and these people were the only ones that right away, saw the issues and knew what to do whereas with the others, I had to point things out. Also, One Hour looked at the recommended equipment and said that the best practice is to match the manufacturer of the heater and the tonnage. The others were pushing Lennox and I guess as they wanted to keep the price down, the recommended lower tonnage than my heater. One Hour put in the right manufacturer and size! Nice guys too. They offered all sorts of financing options. Took their time with me.

Highly recommend . The only company that responded to us during the snow storm when our heat went out. Great job, thank you, Jeff!

For those researching other options: You might find something cheaper, but make sure you check the Better Business Bureau! One Hour has the best ratings, and when it comes to HVAC work, you want the best installation - most future issues with an HVAC unit are because of the installation, not the unit itself. One Hour will not disappoint, and their dedication to follow-up made us even more confident that they will stand by their work. Do your research!!

Showed up on time, guy knew what he was talking about, offered me a cheaper option than the competing place and it appears to have worked. Very professional, rates are exactly what you'd expect in Nashville. No complaints, wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Just seems like a very professional operation.
