Whenever my grandparents come to town we eat at this O'Charley's location which they lovingly call "Charley o's" at least a few times. I wouldn't normally eat here, but it gets the job done when they visit. The staff is very friendly and tolerate my grandpa's jokes.

The service and management is absolutely amazing. Food is always served as ordered. Take out is slow and should be improved. Other than that, this restaurant is awesome!

Worse To Go service of any restaurant ever. Over 15 minutes on hold to place an order. Another 20 minutes to get the food and it was cold when I got home. This was not the first time this has happened at the location. The manager should be ashamed.
