My cat was referred to this clinic so i had no knowlede of the vets and quality but i trusted my vet on this. He was right. Their services and expertise were excellent HOWEVER they were all Business! It was like a machine or you were on an assembly line! Here's the diagnosis and prognosis so your pet needs to be put down!!!!!! Oh, you need some time? NO COMPASSION. They throw traumatic news at you and expect you to just make a snap decision to Kill your baby like it is nothing! I hate these people. Yes, my baby was extremely ill But i had more than a week with him after my visit to That god-forsaken place. DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS HELL-HOLE,

We have used these guys twice and have been so impressed by them! This place is clean, the staff is very kind (and considering the level of stress I am sure they are under, I think this is fantastic) and the price is cry reasonable! Dr. Buford that is there on Sunday's is the absolute best!!! They also have an ICU unit there. They have people coming in to visit their sick pets and they are always so kind to them and they never rush them. I just love these guys!!

Sending a GIANT thank you to the entire staff at Nashville Veterinary Specialists and Animal Emergency. Despite the odds, you all fought like hell, never gave up, pulled 24hr shifts, brought in soothing spa music (Heather) and saved our boy!!! Especially Vet, Doctor, Criticalist and Miracle-worker Extraordinaire, Dr. Andrea Monnig. We will never be able to thank you all enough! #savegus

Fantastic professional service, friendly folks, and a great facility. Expensive, but all emergency services like this are expensive. I would highly recommend this facility, and would even recommend you drive a little further to come here. I've been to others and they don't come close.

Amazing! I would 100% recommend NVS to a friend. Very friendly staff & talented doctors. Nice waiting area. They seem to be very aware of the environment as well. A lot of environmental friendly items throughout the building. Overall I had a great experience.

First of all, this was the first time that I have even heard of an animal hospital in nashville that was open 24/7. GOOD TO KNOW! They gave my tiny yorkie excellent care when he injured his spine. I had to opt for the brace and wrap for 8 weeks because surgery was out of my financial means. Their price was fair and they really seemed to care about the well being and future of my beloved pet's health. He stayed overnight and they wrapped him with FLAIR and helped me through the initial shock of seeing him so constricted, They gave me detailed post care instructions and followed up to check on his progress.

Our nine year old golden lab who injured her spine. We received excellent counsel from Dr. House on diagnosing and treating the dog. We concluded to have surgery, and the bill was as described. Dr. House gave us prudent counsel on the amount of time and effort that it would take for recovery. When we were unable to provide the proper care during the day, the clinic agreed to provide day boarding and physical therapy. Everyone that we have dealt with has been very professional, friendly and helpful, even when they obviously had lots of other dogs and cats there for emergency care. Another person know to us through work had a similar experience. We are most appreciative of their approach to pet care and are grateful for all of the assistance and advice that they have provided us as we helped our dog return to good health.

GO HERE! - Don't look any further - if you need an emergency or specialist clinic - this pet specialist is amazing and put a posthetic paw on my friends dog!

There are awesome! My pet was in the hospital and I have never received such great service.I would recommend them to anyone. Best Emergency in Nashville!
