We had an estimate to put a new crown on our chimney. I told them that I wanted sandstone and not just a concrete crown. They were not responsive to calls, went for long periods of time without communication, and said they would return my deposit $725 minus $25 for supposed handling fees. They may do a good job cleaning, but they are not someone that can handle a major chimney job. They came to do the estimate on 28 June and I received the estimate 5 July. An appointment was arranged 17 July but they were not applying sandstone only concrete. After numerous calls and disappointments, the job was cancelled 27 July. As of 8 Aug 18, I have not received my deposit (they said 3-5 days) and all of the calls go to voicemail with a full mailbox.

We switched to this company for our chimney cleaning after a horrid experience with another company and could not be more satisfied with our decision. They were polite, patient with our questions, fair pricing and very thorough. I will never call anyone else for our chimney, and we HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone.
