This place is horrible. I waited 3+ hours just to be seen all while walkins were called in before me.
The front desk staff & nurses were unprofessional,unorganized & snobbish. My whole experience here was terrible. I will not return & Please if you care about yourself, you wouldnt come here.

What a joke make you wait all day even with appointment. Didn't even call in any of my prescriptions. Wasted my day.I don't advise anyone to go there!!!!

I ecourage everyone dont go to this Dr. . Dr and stuff so unorginazed does not know what in the world they are doing. Dr. Attoussi his self does not know shift. Suff very unpleasand they make you wait for ever and don't ever treat you right way. so find someone else believe me

Nashville has a LOT of other clinics that are better than Nashville Family Medical Clinic. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and somewhat snobbish. Many times I called, they would either not answer the phone at all or pick it up and put me immediately on hold. When I was able to leave a message, they were never returned. Maybe the person that had a good experience got special treatment.

Dr Attoussi and his staff are very caring and compassionate. He has been my Dr for 10 years and if you are looking for a great Dr I highly recommend him and his clinic

I strongly encourage EVERYONE to go somewhere else. I scheduled an appointment 3 months prior to my appointment today for a shot. When I was called to the back, they informed me that my shot expired and they wrote me a precription to take to a pharmacy. I had to go out of my way to get the shot they should've had, and had to pay 30 dollars at Kmart's pharmacy for the shot. I figured that the clinic would reimburse me for the trouble I had to go through, but the doctor (Attoussi) did not show any concern for me wasting my time and my money. First of all, they knew I scheduled an appointment for a shot and had more than enough time to get the right shot for me, and second, if they had the correct shot, then I wouldn't have had to go out and pay 30 dollars for no reason. They are very unprofessional there and the service is terrible. I will NEVER go back and I regret trusting them.
