I live in Nashboro Village and it is horrible. Its not a safe area at all i have even had someone try to break into my house and when we told the office they acted like they didnt care and all they done was give excuses and tell me what i should and should not do never once did she say im sorry and what they were doing to improve the crime rate in the area but i assure you if you wrote a letter telling them what was wrong then they would have jumped right on it cuz once a week they send letters out telling you what happened in your area. So i would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone ever you would be paying to much money to be living some where thats NOT safe.

The apartments are nice but the headaches of the management and maintenance will overshadow. My worst experience with a complex. So bad I had to break my lease.

Large spacious apartments, at least in the Deerfield neighborhood. However, there are a few things that are a cause for concern. The pool is hardly ever open and when it is, it is often closed as a penalty to the community, due to people who leave it in poor condition. This is unfortunate but everyone is penalized. Golf course is great and is kept in good condition. Work out facilities are small but do have the basics. Tennis courts are a high point for the community with both indoor and outdoor facilities. In general I feel that the 18 month experience is what it is, an apartment community. Loved the apartment and it ammenities, disliked the people in the community, and the pool hours and the short period of time when it was opened (last year June to August with three seperate closings for a week penalty). The apartments are huge, biggest I ever lived in as far as apartments go. Make sure to investigate the Nashboro Village area before moving in and see everything before making a decision. Parking Spaces are very small and it is hard to get in and out due to overhangs.
