I used Nashville Movers and More in May and would never use them again.



The movers were great and did a great job moving, packing and securing objects for the most part. However during the move my LCD TV incurred damage which cracked the screen. I did not become aware of the broken screen until three days later when I finally had an opportunity to use the TV. I notified the company three days later and was told that I was outside of the claims period. I continued to call, sent pictures of the TV and was finally told they would take care of it, but have not done so to date. This is a company that has competitive rates and good movers but I would ask that no one use them because if something breaks they will not stand behind their promise and insurance guarantee!



Please do not use this company for your own sake!

I just wanted to let everyone know what a GREAT move we got from Movers-n-More.

These movers were so professional and really seemed to care about our family.

They went over and beyond to set up our furniture exactly the way we needed it! Everything went flawlessly from the time i called and set our move up, to the time the movers finished with our move. Thank you to the whole staff at Movers-n-More.

I will definitely use them again and tell all my friends about them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We had an appointment for over 2 weeks for 2 movers and a truck. They were supposed to be at our apt at 3:00pm. At 4:00pm when they didn't show up, I had to call and ask if everything was ok. The lady that answers the phone informed me that she would find out where the men were and call me back. At 5:00pm, she still hadn't called so I called her back. She said the guys were running behind and could they be at our apt at 8:00pm. I asked for a discount since they were now 5 hours late and she said they couldn't do that. So, we accepted that and waited. At 8:15pm I called her and said the guys still were not at our apt. She said they could do it in the morning. I said NO! We have had an appt. and we have been waiting all day. They are supposed to be 24 hour movers! She said she would see what she could do and call me back. We never heard from them again. I tried to call back, my husband tried to call back, my mom even tried to call! NOTHING!!!!!! The next day we rented a uhaul and a friend helped us move. The customer service sucks SOOOOOO bad!!!!!!!!

Horrible

This is the absolute worst moving company. They will leave you stranded in a second even with a scheduled move. The lady who runs this company and answers the phone will tell you she will call you right back or be at your location to move in a specific time and then won't answer your calls when you follow up because they don't show. I called her on a different number and she answered right away after ignoring my phone call 5 times for a scheduled move that she was 5 hrs late for. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS!!!
