I called about clogged drains that needed serious attention and I wanted estimates on water filtration and advice on getting more hot water moving around my house. Glenn came right out and provided terrific service. He was patient as he explained quite a bit to me and then did a wonderful job on my drains. The price was reasonable and the estimates look thorough and good. Thank you, Glenn

We used them twice. Glenn is so nice and very professional. The first time he checked out the problem and gave us advice without charging us for his time. The second time he fixed our broken faucet very quickly. Very pleasant to work with.

After looking at other Google reviews, my wife and I decided to call Master Plumbing Of Tennessee We had a small pinhole leak coming from a copper pipe in the ceiling. Not a big leak, but enough to mess up the drywall in the ceiling. I called Master Plumbing Of Tennessee and the receptionist was very nice and attentive. She had given me a window of 2 hours on the same day for a plumber to make the visit. They did better than that, Glenn was here is about 15 minutes from when I called. He is professional, friendly and has 27 years of experience. After inspecting the ceiling area in question, Glenn was able to determine that it was a moisture problem, not a leaking pipe that was the problem. He was kind enough to offer a few suggestions, rather than trying to take me for a few extra bucks. He could have easily suggested replacing and installing new pipes, but he is a very honest guy, who knows his stuff.
Bottom line is I wouldn't think twice about calling Master Plumbing Of Tennessee again if needed. They are an "A 1" type of company who know customer service and plumbing. Try to get Glenn if he is available.

On Feb 2, 2019, I called Master Plumbing Of Tennessee regarding a leaky pipe attached to my water heater. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and professional. I called late in the afternoon and I was delighted when she told me she could have someone respond to my residence within an hour. Prior to the arrival, the technician, Glenn, phoned and informed me he would arrive in 15 minutes. He arrived as stated and assessed the problem. He provided several options on resolving the problem allowing me to make a decision. We made arrangements for him to respond the next day to perform the work. He arrived as scheduled and within a short time completed the work as agreed upon. Glenn was very thorough, neat and professional. I was very satisfied with the work completed. It was obvious he knew what to do and how to get the job done. I would highly recommend Master Plumbing Of Tennessee and especially Glenn as a Technician.

Glenn was easy to communicate with to coordinate his arrival time. He assessed the situation based on what was needed & not my assumption. 2 hairy p-traps to clean not full snake the drains. I appreciate the honesty & quick service. He even gave me tips on how to self maintain the sticky drains.

Responsive too. I called @9am & they were able to be here by 1pm. Happy with my 2 clean, flowing bathroom sinks. Thanks!

After one of our sump pumps went out I checked Yelp and called 4 plumbers for quotes. These guys were 1 of the two most reasonably priced, and readily available. They were friendly, helpful and did quick and thorough work. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Called them up to replace my WPR. Glennshowed up on time, provided estimate and different options. He came the second day to complete the job after all the parts are in. He is courteous and professional. Glenn is great.

on 1/31/2019 technician Glebb tice installed instant hot water dispenser. Glenn also performed additional services on new drain .he hooked dishwasher overflow to the garbage disposal.
Glenn was very professional , clean and through with the whole job. he explained everything about the job and how to take care of the equipment.

I would like to give a shout out to Glenn again. A few weeks after the installation, we were told by US water systems in a call with them to connect one of the tanks to the drain. This was not clear from their diagrams originially. We called plumbing care and they kept up their appointment. Glenn came back and installed the drain pipe for us. Excellent customer service!!!!

Fast and quality service!!! I had my water heater pilot go out and wouldn't stay lit. I called several places and everyone was telling me it would be at least 4-6 hours before they could come out. Glenn and Colleagues to the rescue!! They were out in LESS THAN 1 HOUR to repair my unit. Glenn knew what the problem was right away and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service!

On time, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not do any transaction yet. Got my quotes and was super responsive via email and phone. Will hire them this summer when I am ready to get a tankless water heater and water filtration system to be put in. Thanks for the great experience thus far. Definitely a class act. 100% customer oriented. Initially I wasn't satisfied but after contacting them, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their service. I am not sure if I have ever dealt with a business that so genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Glenn and Jennifer tice definitely know how to run a successful business. I will never use anyone else!

I had a pretty large whole in my main water pipe.
Glenn came, and he was just amazing, very friendly and honest. I had a few estimates much higher than his for the same job.
He did the work, he was very dedicated and asked me to call him back if there was any problem...
I have just found the guy I will call fory plumbikg problems.

We suspected a leak in our main line and they came out the same day to check out the issue. was early for the appointment and even called to make sure that was okay. He was very pleasant and nice and wasn't disappointed or annoyed for driving out here when he found that we quite possibly had no issue at all. Would call them again for any plumbing needs for sure, a pleasure to work with.

Had a drainage issue. Glenn was great, very professional, showed up on time & did a great job.
Im not surprised that they have a 5-star score! Highly recommended.

Glenn came to fix one of our shower handles and cartridges , and he was very competent and skillful, did a complete repair and replaced all the defective pieces. Efficient and fast process, one year warranty on labor and parts, How can you go wrong with that? My husband and I just moved into our new house and noticed the water shut off spigot leaking outside of our house. We called Master Plumbing Of Tennessee because of their fabulous reviews and not only were they available right away to come take a look at the leak, they had no problem doing the work right then! I was at work and my husband at an appointment, so we couldn't be there to discuss the problem or meet the plumber, but the spigot was on the front outside of our house so he made due. It was fixed when I got home from work and I was very satisfied.

After a few weeks we noticed a puddle surrounding the same spigot we had just had repaired! We called again and explained the situation, Master Plumbing Of Tennessee dispatched someone at their earliest appointment available. When they came back they spent 2 hours searching for the issue, digging up the dirt around the pipe, patching the pipe, and reburying it. After the two hours of work, they didn't charge us! We will definitely recommend them, they stand by their work and are quick to respond!

Glenn walked in, took a look at the problem (leaks) and within a minute was hard at work. All problems solved in short time. Fair price and even did a bit of above and beyond. Plus, a great person to chat with. All of this warrants an easy 5 star rating.
