I first had Billy come to my house this past September when I was pregnant with my first child. I was very concerned about what type of sprays would be used in my home for the health and safety of my family. Now with my baby being older & out on the floors I am even more concerned about her safety which is why I have been so relieved to have found an extermination company that understands my concerns and has a safe and effective treatment. My house always smells fresh, like rosemary and cloves after a spider treatment and Billy is prompt and polite and very professional. He is also very informative about the spiders if you have any questions you would like to know more about. This will be my second time having Billy come to my house for preventative spider treatments and I plan to continue quarterly treatments in the future. I highly recommend Billy and his services!

Billy was recommended to me by a colleague since she has been very pleased with the service he has provided to her family. I have also been very impressed with Billy's service - he has been very quick to get out to my house when I call and treats during the visit (doesn't come out first for a quote and then make a later visit for the treatment like some companies), explains everything as he goes (and more if you ask a lot of questions like I do!) and the price seems very reasonable. It's also a plus that he uses kid and pet friendly products. I highly recommend Billy and his company, Magnolia Exterminating Company!

Billy at Magnolia is simply the best at pest removal. Meticulous and dedicated, you can see he loves his job and strives to provided good customer service. He showed me the infestation, explained in great detail what he would do to stop it, and even eliminated a secondary wasp infection at no extra charge. His customer service is exemplary. Highly recommended.

Billy is the best. I love that his products are safe for pets and children. We used Billy in our previous home. When we bought our new home last year the house had been empty for awhile and we saw a few bugs had moved in. Since, Billy has been treating our home, I have not seen a live bug. Thank you, Billy!

What I life saver Billy and Magnolia Exterminating Company is to me! The two times I've had little critters prowling around in the dark of night, he's come out to thoroughly investigate the situation and completely get rid of them all. Plus, he comes back to make sure! I'd use them more often, but I don't need to--they are that thorough.

Billy's methods work very well. We love that he uses non-toxic substances to control the bugs. We have seen very good results in the first 3 months of his service. He's a great guy to boot. Definitely recommended.

Magnolia Exterminating is the best pest control service in the Tennessee area. They use products that are safe for my kids and my pets and that means more than anything to me. The company workmen are very clean cut and I feel very safe when my home is treated quarterly. I also have my yard treated twice a year for ticks and wasps and carpenter bees. It is phenominal!!! Very courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. I have used other companies in the past but always felt i was paying for the name. Magnolia is great and I don't have to smell bad chemical odors or worry about the pets getting hurt. They are great for spraying your whole yard and keeping fleas, ticks, ants slugs, snails and MOSQUITOES to a minimum! Everyone should give these folks a try. They are the real deal!!!
