I had a backed up drain and called out a plumber. He was at my house for 3 hours and left unable to unstop the drain. I called Maddox Plumbing and the drain was unstopped 30 minutes after they arrived. Like Amy said in her review, they were priced higher than the guy who came out first, but look at the results. I will definitely recommend them

We just remodeled our bathroom and hired Maddox Plumbing. I must say that both my husband and I were very impressed with how they made this process as easy as possible. Let me start by saying, I rarely take the time to review businesses. But, I felt compelled after Maddox Plumbing came out to fix a leak in my tub. I called and within 40 minutes Michael, who is the owner came out. Within 45 min the leak was fixed and I was given a ten year warranty. FANTASTIC! Best of all was the customer service I received. Everything was explained in a way that made sense and he took the time to clean up the work area. FANTASTIC!! I found my plumber

I called Maddox Plumbing at 9:30 in the evening because my water heater was leaking all over the garage. They came right over, and prior to doing any work, gave me a complete run down of the problem. Unfortunately it was leaking internally and had to be replaced. They stayed until a bit past midnight. The work was done very well in a timely manner. The guys even cleaned up, and took the old water heater so I didn't have to deal with it. I would highly recommend this company
