I was so happy when Donna showed up today for my scheduled pest treatment. She is so very thorough and informative. She even spotted ant hills that we had not seen. We are thankful for her and her service.

Amber was so knowledgable about carpenter bees and how to help me get rid of them. Superior service.

My husband and I have used homeshield for years. They re-service anytime we have issues in betwen services. FOr the price and quality, you can't beat it!

This is the most inept company I have ever dealt with. They charged my account for pest control and caused my account to go into overdraft. After talking to them at length the problem was still not taken care of and we were charged fees by our bank. Please don't allow them to have access to your account.

Love this pest control service! I called a bunch of other famous places and everything that I needed coverage for was extra (like black widows, mice, etc.) but not with HomeShield! They're super-responsive, and the bugs are dead. No more scary webs all over the place. Couldn't ask for a better company!

They are actually a very good company, with high quality customer service. The door-to-door salespeople are very pushy and I sent them away. My husband saw them servicing a home in our neighborhood at another time, and signed us up (unbeknownst to me). It has turned out to be a good thing; they're very responsive and customer service oriented.

This company is one to stay away from,their sales people are very pushy and intimidating,they solicted business at my door and would not go away when asked to leave,not only that they insulted and made up lies about the pest company i am using...They also told me that the walls in my house would fall down from termites if i didnt use their termite service..
