I would rate 10 STARS if it was a choice! Hers & His is thee most outstanding, “got-it-together” company I have dealt with in a long time. Professional, follows through, and does exactly what they say. Jeff Lamons (Nashville) was incredible handling, coordinating and get the job done in a timely matter. (This was not some leaky faucet, this was 300' of new water line from the street) I cant say enough and for me to sit down and write a POSITIVE REVIEW is unique and deserves every good word. I wish they could share their business skills with companies like COMCAST! It would be a better world! Thank you guys! We have shared your company with everyone regardless if they need work done. Folks, can we stop blaming the plumber and put the true blame back on the warranty company?
I used Hers and His first when a had a home Warranty for a home I'd just purchased. Although the warranty (2-10)was crappy, the service I received from Hers & His was first class. 1 year later, my WH was leaking from the TMP valve and my tub faucet had graduated from a drip to a steady stream. I called Hers & His to schedule a plumber to make the repairs. 20 minutes later Daniel the plumbing technician called to let me know he was 10 minutes away from my home. There were two plumbers that arrived from this company, Daniel and Josh. They were professional, personable, patient and prepared. They asked questions for clarification. They were patient and thorough in explaining the why's and how's and educated me on the maintenance of my WH and other products(thanks a bunch Josh). I felt that what I paid for the service was very affordable and reasonable. It was a great customer experience that they created and kept the ownership the entire visit. I will use them again.
I would like to add that they do the same great service regardless if a home Warranty is used or not. They do not nickel and dime you and limit your repair service like a home Warranty does.
I will use them again.

We had an issue with our master toilet. Called Home Warranty company & they assigned us Hers and His. The 1st appt was on a Thursday from 1p-4p. I asked if they had anything on a weekend as my husband & I both work Mon-Fri. Their 1st Saturday appt was 3 weeks away so my husband took time off from work to sit at home & wait for them. 1 hour before our appt window, we were called & told that the tech for our area had called out sick. The next available appt would be the following Monday from 2p-5p. This is ridiculous. They didn't care that my husband had to burn a vacation day to sit at home & wait, there was no effort on their part to try to rectify the situation. They wouldn't even try to pull a techn from another area to come help us since they cancelled last minute. Their suggestion was to call our Home Warranty company & request another vendor. I will never call them again & will make sure everyone knows how inefficient & rude they are. Customer Service means nothing to them.

I am giving one star because zero stars is not an option.

My warranty company sent Hers and His out twice in 25 days to clear a blockage in my sewer line. The 2nd guy told the warranty company he went down 8 to 10 feet and found a foreign object in the line. We did not put anything in the line that did not belong there. Because of this “report” the warranty company is not honoring the claim.

6 days later I called a different company to come out and clear the line because it was clogged again. He allowed me to see the camera image that showed the cracked sewer line at 6 feet. How did Hers and His go down 8 to 10 feet without seeing the large crack at the 6 feet mark? Since I didn’t see him look with the camera, I would guess he didn’t look.

10 years in my previous home and never one plumber call. 18 years in the home before that (on a septic line) w/one plumber call. 2 calls to hers and his in 25 days? I still have sewage coming up in my yard. Thanks a lot Hers and His. For nothing.

I was referred to this plumbing company through my home warranty company. I hadn't heard anything after the referral for 8 days. I had to call them for an appointment. Then it snowed, but that wasn't their fault. It was rescheduled.
Then, on the scheduled date, with an appointment window, I still hadn't heard anything from them 1.5 hours past the appointment window. I called and I was informed that thy had "called and let me know that they needed to reschedule", which I never received a call.
I told them that wasn't acceptable and I needed someone to come that day. They called back and said that someone would call when they were on their way. An hour later I got a phone call from Billy. Right away he was abrupt and terse. Said he wouldn't be there for at least an hour. I replied that it was fine, I was happy to wait for him.
He showed up about an hour later and the moment he came in the door (and put on his shoe covers...which was the only professional thing he did at my house), he was rude and condescending. You know it has to be bad when my 15 year old son came downstairs and asked me, "What is his problem? He sure is hateful."
He asked me "Why did it take you so long to call to get this fixed?" I replied, "Because I didn't have the $$ to have it fixed". It was a few weeks after Christmas. I called the company after he went to his truck to call about warranty coverage. I told the manager that I didn't want Billy to come back in my house. He said he was surprised because he had never had a complaint about him. I replied "He had an attitude from the first time he called and it only went downhill from there." I told them I didn't want anyone to come back from the company.
I thought that was the end of it until I got a bill from the company for services that I never received, a rude employee and 10 to 15 minutes of time spent in my house. Worst experience with a company EVER! I am big about giving credit where it is due and passing on businesses to those that deserve it, but not for this one. BEWARE!

I have used their services twice and I felt like I was dealing with competent, intelligent, honest people both times. There are very few services these days where you get decent quality of service, much less the excellent quality this company provides. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.
