Harpeth Valley Utilities District provides quality service and is prompt in home visits or establishing new service.

HVUD provides very good water utility services! The employees are very helpful as well if you ever have a question about your bill or anything like that.

The employees have always been so nice and helpful for any reason that I have had to call. Would recommend

Have no complaints about the water. I've compared our bills to our neighbors who have 7 people in their house and our bills are higher. Have called to inquire a few times and never get an answer as to why our's would be higher. They wanted me to pay for a new meter. That's not going to happen.
