Provided by YP.comThis is the best Dry Cleaners. Its a store that does all the Cleaning on that site. I really like it. They have very good counter help. If you like and care about good service. I would say use them..

Provided by YP.comMy wife has used this cleaner several times. they were never great or poor untill now. The dropped off a coat to be cleaned and repaired and was told to pick it up on Sat. only to find it hanging up front and not protected when she went to pick it up. and the very helpful lady upfront cound not figure out anything she was so clueless to the fact that the inside liner was completely falling out of the coat. And it was never cleaned. this is not a light issue because their was only one small place she wanted to have reworked to begain with nothing major at all and they simply destroyed this coat and could not even call us to let us know what happened but to just leave it up front and not protected and not even have a sure answer to when or if it would be repaired.
Dear Mr.Anthony Folk, When your wife brought in the coat to be repaired and cleaned, she failed to let us know that the coat was very very old. We sent the coat out for repairs, then cleaned it. The material was so weak that the seam threading and the linning fell apart during the dry cleaning. We contacted your wife to explain. At that time she told us how old the garmet was. I really wish she had let us know this before we cleaned it. We would have recomended not doing so. The coat was hanging in the front to be sent out for more repairs at your wife's request. When the coat came back it was in much better conditon then when it was brought in. Your wife said she was satisfyied, then I see this post. I am sorry. Our main concern is our customers. If there is anything we can do, just ask us we will try our best to make it right. Thanks Kenneth Owner Harpeth Cleaners

We have found that Most cleaners do not understand our needs or if they do, they just cant seem to get the job done. Harpeth Cleaners seems to be able to do it all.. Even Alterations and like I said,thats hard to find...
