I've been in TN 7 years now. Used AHS as my warranty co and they sent out the worst of the worst for repairs. I complained and they sent out Greenway. They were efficient, proficient and caring. A pleasure to deal with for HVAC and Appliances. Until, I had a plumbing problem. My outside hose bibb was leaking. They came quickly and plugged it up but then no word for two months. After several calls, someone came out and put the handle back on. I didn't use it for a while, but when I did... It was leaking like crazy. Calls to customer service have gone unanswered(?) My first bad experience with an otherwise good company. Maybe they just suck at plumbing?

Greenway is horrible! Missing appt times not calling. Customer Services is poor. Always and excuse. It is always the customer fault. I been have issues with them for 3 months for a Dishwasher and Wash Machine Pump. I don't recommend this company at all! If it was legal I would record them on the phone and their technicians. Unorganized and total unprofessional as a company.

This contractor is a liability. They are unsafe and unfit to work in your home... That is if they ever make it to your home. After using your personal possessions without permission they will perform half the work they were aupposed to then leave an unsafe condition...like a gas leak... or insufficient combustion air which leads to carbon monoxide... Or the heater will not stop running until you throw the breaker.... Do NOT engage this contractor. You will be sorry if you do.

Heat has been out a week. Didn't show up for appointment. Acted like it was ok not to call. I'm calling better business Bureau on Monday. Would of rather paid of pocket for a repair that was quick and on time. Am extremely pissed off. They should be out of business with the lack of people skills.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...TURN AROUND AND GO BACK. I have American homeshield, so they've been contracted out to fix my AC. Many many problems, I had to have another company come out to finish and fix their work. They have terrible customer service, even the owner is rude. I waited 2 WEEKS for a part, only to be told when they came out to install it that there is another issue and the part they brought isn't even the part they need. We lived in a house for 20 days with NO AC!! The temps ranged from 83-96, INSIDE! No one from that company seemed to care, I got hung up on twice. We have a small baby, a 5 year old, and animals, and had to deal with this for 20 days. Just ridiculous, I'm the one that had to call and call to find out the status of these parts, I've left several messages for someone in higher management to contact me. I've heard nothing and I probably won't. I would NEVER recommend this company. I am calling AHS after I type this, Greenway is never coming to my house again.

Next to American Home Shield, quite probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I didn't even have a repair done by them. Customer service is awful. They will try to upsell you and make an unannounced visit to your home, instead of just ordering a part in a timely manner and getting your heat back on in the winter as soon as possible. Was refused the right to speak to the owner, I guess Carl Greenway. I'd still like to talk to him. His clown that tries to upsell you doesn't call with any valuable information like times of when the repair can occur, his first thought is getting another sale, not the fact that we are freezing our butts off here. So guess what Greenway, you lost a job to a competitor and you get another sucky review on here. The good ones are so obviously from some friends of the owner. Make sure when you call AHS that you tell them in the beginning that you don't want Greenway. you can't specify a company but you can say who you don't want. And, you can always take the cash out option and get your own person. Another thing, y part was still under manufacturers warranty, which was confirmed by the guy doing it for me. Yet Greenway told AHS it was not under warranty so they get paid for it, that's fraud.
