Franklin Road Academy is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory school that provides academic assistance from prekindergarten through grade 12. Its curriculum includes foreign language, mathematics, science, global history, social studies, economics, arts and computer science. It offers various services to students that include learning technology program, athletic activities, community service, special interest clubs, financial aids, and spiritual emphasis activities and programs. The school facility houses a 700-seat theater, 300-seat auditorium, outdoor amphitheater, private practice rooms, media center, library and cafeteria. The school has more than 1,000 students.. It is accredited with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and Southern Association of Independent Schools. Franklin Road Academy was established in 1971, and is located in Nashville, Tenn.
