The Fox team was professional and friendly. They had a great attitude even though we moved in the rain. That is great customer service!

I think these guys were great! Nothing was damaged and the were pretty quick. The rates were great. I recommend them to everyone.

The drivers were on-time, friendly and respectful.  My items were loaded and unloaded with care and the move was processed in a timely fashion.  Dispatch was helpful in coordinating my move and management provided a following call to ensure my satisfaction.

Great service, very professional and friendly. None of my things ended up broken and they were extremely efficient about the move. Thank you!!

Wow, where do I start. The movers from Fox were 5 1/2 hours late the first day. My one day move took 2 days because they were exhausted when they got arrived and spent more time joking around with each other than moving my stuff. They then asked if they could complete my move the next morning, and of course I had not left any sleeping, clothing or other items out since it was all supposed to be done in 1 day. My first night I slept on the floor of my new house. The next day, had to call again when they were 2 hours late. When they got there they griped about my driveway being too steep. All the food in my fridge was spoiled. The owners of the company are rude and don't give a darn about customer service. They say they don't just pick up guys from the Mission to do their moves, but I think that's exactly where they come from. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with this kind of crap. I highly recommend NOT calling Fox Moving and Storage!!!

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely unprofessional. They were rude, loud, lots of cursing. It took them 10 hours to move our things, and you pay by the hour. It took another company 4 1/2 hrs to move the same stuff a couple of years ago. They actually had a pizza delivered to my house, ate it, then did not want to remove the time for their lunch break from the bill. We had multiple pieces of furniture damaged. Management was certainly no better. Our phone calls were never returned. When we did reach them to report our damages, we were literally hung up on. It is apparent this company could not care any less about their customer. We will NEVER use them again!

I called fox moving and received price and time estimates on my move that sounded very good. Almost to good. Come to find out the day of the move, my move took twice as long and they never told me about a gas fuel charge of 100.00. But what could I do. I was helpless in the situation and was forced to pay the total amount even though I was mislead. To give them some credit the movers didn't break any of my furniture. Just make sure you watch out for their prices.

We needed to move last minute and Fox Moving made it possible! It was a stress-free and smooth move. Thanks Fox Moving you guys are amazing and I would definately use this company if I were you!
