pricey is the first thing that comes to mind. no doubt in my mind that they are not a great company, but like I said they were pricey.

We had many difficulties with our home insurance through Farm Bureau. Our rates were raised for no apparent reason, and we were charged a seemingly useless "membership fee" in addition to our normal insurance rates.
