This company is a fraud.



The cost was higher than projected. The move took three times as long as I was told it would. And the worst part was I couldn't get anyone to answer my phone calls or tell me where my things were for a period of about two weeks. I called once to complain and then they clearly started to screen my calls because I would be put on hold for hours at a time and then eventually go to a voicemail.



I finally got a call back after about 8 days when I left a voicemail threatening to call the police.



When my things finally arrived, an antique rocking chair was broken. The men unloading were unprofessional and agressively arguing with each other the whole time. They destroyed the molding around my door trying to force a couch through.



All in all, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and it is shocking that a company like this even exists. I registered a complaint with the BBB. If I had the time or resources I would make it my mission to shut Eco Van Lines down -- and I'm not the type to take customer service too seriously (I have literally never complained about a dish in a restaurant). My Eco Van Lines experience was not just disappointing customer service, it was criminally neglectful customer service. They left me panicking, wondering if I would ever see my things again.

They lost several large pieces of furniture including antique's. Several pieces were broken. They refuse to take our phone calls. Now that they recognize our phone numbers they screen our phone number. The price went up by thousands of dollars and once your items are in their possession you can only pay to get it back. They took two months to receive our belongings and then no help.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are wonderful when they "pitch" their company and give a good sell for efficiency, trust, regular contact and making your move easy. They sold me big time, but did not deliver. The quote was not solid, they came a day later than agreed upon, my shipment got here much later than promised AND the two most expensive items in my shipment were "lost." After I filed a grievance with BBB of Nahsville, they suddenly appeared and will be delivered next month!!!!!! Everything I had them moved smelled musty and was filty when arrived.

They also gave extremely poor customer service once my goods were picked up and loaded on their truck. The worst experience moving I've ever had AND the most expensive in the end!

I'd recently sold my business and wanted to retire early. My daughter was doing great and told me to come to cali, I spent a few months there until it hit me that this is where I should start my retirement. I made the arrangements from there and flew back to oversee the move itself, I actually went with a hunch and booked Eco due to sonyas care for my move. The movers were very nice and professional when packing and loading. They had told me it will take a while for delivery but I wasn't worried, it's a long drive after all. Delivery was faster than expected and the unpacking was very helpful too.

It was time for my last AF transfer, I loved my time in Miami but I could handle one last forced relocation. I chose to only take clothes and priced belongings, and only Eco vanlines had the best price for that for my schedule. It was very smooth dealing and delivery was timely.

My recently wedded daughter moved to Minnesota with her husband, as part of her wedding gift I had fixed and re-coated her old piano and had it shipped to them along with some big wedding gifts. Not every mover from Texas goes that direction, so I was very glad to find Eco, they gave me the best price for my area and promised proper handling for the piano. Very glad to hear that everything arrived properly, made my daughter and me very happy.

I was getting from my ex-husband the last of my furniture and boxes from Atlanta. While I wasn't part of the process of picking movers, we had things worked out, since I was paying half of it I felt I should thank Eco for the good price and safe delivery of my items.

Got a great offer to continue my biology research in Phoenix, nearly jumped at it too fast. I had completely forgotten what its like to move cross country, I did not plan out my time correctly but Eco vanlines gave me a great price to partially pack my apartment. All things considered I'd do the last minute move thing again with eco.

I helped out move my mother who barely speaks english, I'd spoken to a few companies but Daniel at ecovanlines was the most patient helping us with the spanish/english translations. Even in the middle of the pickup he was there for us, the price was good and the service was great despite the barriers.

Our moving plans had changed several times in the last half a year and only very few companies cared to follow up with us and send updated quotes. Out of those Eco vanlines had the best price, and we liked the fact that their main office is in Nashville. We've never had a move go smoothly and without problems like this time.

I had moved with eco at the beginning of the year to mostly great success, besides a missing box (of junk in hindsight) that got to me a month later. I was fairly pleased and decided to go with them a second time, it's not fun being transferred twice in a year but at least I was sorta fresh from the process. I'm happy to write that this move went excellently.

I had originally wanted to rent a pod, as my husband and I moved to help out our son in his new restaurant. Sometimes you forget how much work moving really is. We were told last minute our new residence had stairs, cancelled the pod last minute and booked movers to do the hard work. We're very grateful for the friendly service and good pricing eco gave us.

My husband had a near nervous breakdown, we decided very quickly to move to a nice quiet separated area. We were packed up within a week and had Eco Vanlines arrive on time and delivered just as estimated. They were recommended by some friends, had competitive pricing but didn't promise fastest delivery to Montana, which was very doubtful coming from other companies.

After a few years working within a corporation I had enough for the time being, decided to pick a coastal city and try my luck at something new. Luckily I was referenced to Eco by a good friend and had it setup within a day. They took my furniture, I packed my car and drove all the way, they kept in touch with me when my delivery was going to be. It turned out great.

Moved back to Baltimore to be closer to the family as things have been kinda rocky for all of us. I had booked with a different company that bailed out on me a day before. I'd also been in touch with Eco, and they had the second best price, I was setup to be picked up as I wanted without additional fees as they had a truck coming my direction. Delivery was pretty straight up and had no claims to make. I think I got very lucky on my side, and am thankful they did their part properly!

I've had my fair share of bad moves in my time , broken items, companies that disappear and bad deliveries. I wasn't expecting this time to be different. Yet the confidence in preparation and small details given to me by Sonya at Eco vanlines built my confidence up. And here I am writing this review for the easiest move experienced by myself. I already recommended to my niece and hope she gets the same treatment.

I moved to Connecticut just in time for autumn, the colors were beautiful, calm breeze and a move that went just right. Eco vanlines came in to check out my house, gave me a price that couldn't be matched by local competitors, turned out they were having a special promotion for moves coming out of South Carolina. Delivery was as estimated and I went with their full unpacking service to great delight as my wife was just starting a new job and I was sick at the time. Great services all around!

The past few years had been great for me in Indianapolis, and although I had a great retirement plan, I was not prepared at all to move my house. I read some tips online, and tried to find the best company for my move, despite heavy research I wasn't satisfied, I took some references and went with Eco after they price matched and beat other quotes. They called me to ask if I could advance my move in order to get a faster delivery, I went with it and am very glad they had that truck in my area.

Was very much looking forward to the change of scenery and population, having lived a couple of years in Texas, I had planned, prepared and packed ahead of time. I spoke to the big moving companies and went with Eco after several back and forths comparing most of all personal treatment from sales reps. Despite talking to different people at Eco they always made me feel appreciated despite having not that very much to move.
