My daughter had to have surgery and she's one of the worst patients a surgeon could have. They were very nice and did everything to keep her calm. They even called late that night after we got home just to check and see how she was doing.

My daughter has had braces by a Ruth for over 3 years. They are still not complete. My child had to have a surgical procedure to assist with her teeth coming down into place. Now, the only reason we knew that my childs teeth were stuck was because of our regular family dentist. Mind you we had

x-rays along with exams by Dr. Ruth and the teeth were never noticed that werehad lodged in her gums.



Ok here is my problem. After having the surgical procedure to assit with the teeth coming down. My child would go to Dr. Ruth's place of business for two years without incident. Dr. Ruth would tell my wife that everything was fine she is doing great.



All the while I'm asking my wife why hasn't the tooth come down on one side.



Now if you know me I'm a jerk about things that I pay for but I am trying to trust the process because this is out of area of expertise.



One day my daughter comes to me & says one the chains on my brace & tooth has come loose. I ask her a ton of question because if you have been to Dr.Ruth's place she puts a big emphasis eating & doing the right things to assist with the procedure or process.



We schedule an appointment and they tell us that the tooth was not connected to the tooth. I not was present but when my wife called me with this information I was upset to say the least. @%# this was my language. I am not writing this to bash Dr. Ruth. I think this is a first class business ran by my people which brought me to this establishment. I am writing this because as a tax paying civilian. This money came out of my pocket & I work hard for every red cent I get.



Back to my point. We were told that my child would need another surgery to connect the tooth which would extend the process of setting the braces a little while longer. This is a nice way of saying it we are going to charge you more.



We reluctantly went back to the same surgeon that was recommended by Dr. Ruth for the second surgery. (Dream Team) Mind you the Doctor at Dream Team received more money from me & my insurance company. This guy was paid twice for incomplete work and another year later my child's tooth is still lodge in her gum & the Great Dr.Ruth is getting ready to discharge my child from her office with an incomplete job & a big chunk of money paid by me & my insurance company with an extended surcharge that is incomplete. I am holding both businesses responsible for this shabby work. One because I am a paying customer & two because they both are in business together. Dr. Ruth & Dream Team are one.
