Great customer service. We got our air conditioners replaced after the flood. We had some issues and they worked 24 7 to fix the issue. Always helpful and quick and available. Great service maintenance and reasonable. We have been very happy with their service and employees.

please do not use them if you do not have to. there is a great company based from Fairview, tn that will come to Nashville for no additional charge; Mid State heating and air!

They are either incompetent or crooks. Im guessing the latter. I called them to my home to diagnose and quote a repair for my AC unit that was not cooling the house. After only being out there for about 10 minutes the "repairman" came in and said it was a $3200 repair or we could buy a new unit. He called a salesman out to sell us a new unit. After discussing numbers ranging from $7200 to $10000 we decided we would get a second opinion. Glad we did. The repair was easy and ended up costing $600. I will never call Donelson Air again for AC work.

I AM VERY SURPRISED BY THE POOR REVIEWS FOR DONELSON. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2005. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A COMPANY TECH. I HAVE A MAINT CONTRACT AND IT IS COMPETITIVE IN PRICE AND WORTH IT. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND GETTING A SECOND OPINION OR QUOTE. DONELSON HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE BETTER PRICE WITH MORE OPTIONS. SATISIFIED CUSTOMER.
