I had a very good experience with this Cricket store. The employees were very kind and helpful, answered questions that another store wouldn't answer, showed what my options were regarding buying a new phone, and got me the best deal. This is going to be my store!

I recently bought a new phone(Samsung Chrono) and service with Cricket. I wished to

downsize since I retired did not need all the fancy apps anymore. Cricket gave me the

best deal....but the manual did not show how to change the weather screen and I was not familiar with the phone so I called Cricket who referred me to Samsung who referred me back to Cricket. I attemped to call 7 local stores in the Franklin and Nashville area and got a recording or "line no longer in service". When I called the Cricket store on Dickerson Pike, Beth answered the phone and told me how to change the location on the weather app right away. After spending an hour calling Cricket and Samsung I finally talked to a person who knew the product. Thank you Beth!!
