We used both services, hauling and moving. Communication with the office was confusing and caused problems. They moved the date up 24 hours without telling us until they were on their way. We had to drive 45 mintues to get back home and prepare for them. The haulers came unmasked in the middle of the pandemic. My wife is immune compromised due to a chronic condition. When I asked if they would please wear masks, they looked at each other like no one had ever asked that. They said they didn't have masks. I gave each a mask and they agreed to wear them. Then the movers arrived without masks. Putting customers at risk is not good for customers or businesses. We will not use this company again.
