Very good food, I especially like the black bean chicken salad. Gets pretty busy at lunch time and limited seating.

Calypso is the best "fast food" for your money. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the sweet potatoes make me feel healthier. Service is friendly and the desserts are kept at the register and are always worth the add on. Whether dining in or taking it to go, this is delicious fresh food that the whole family will love. The veggie burger is awesome too if you are meat free.

Great spot for an affordable, healthy family dinner. Everything here is good, but our favorites are the pulled chicken, black beans and boija muffins.

My family loves Calypso! The staff is always friendly and smiling, the food is always fresh and delicious and our experiences have always been positive.

Calypso Cafe is okay for a quick bite at lunch. Their jerk chicken is their specialty. Great chicken nachos. Their fruit tea is great. Very limited menu. Parking is not the greatest at the Charlotte Avenue location.

Calypso is great. They have a menu with plenty of options, you don't have to wait long for your order, and the servers are happy to help you. They have plenty of locations around Nashville, but I especially like the Charlotte Ave location. I can stop by for a quick lunch with coworkers and enjoy great food.

I love the food here. Many flavorful and healthy choices. I miss the location in Belle Meade where I could get take-out close to home.

Love, love, love this new location for Calypso Cafe! The service is always so prompt and the food delicious! Their barbecue sauce for the rotisserie chicken is so unique and tasty.
