I rented a medium size van from this location for a day. Website works well and helps to find out the needed size, staff on site is helpful, and you can buy moving boxes on location!

Picked up and returned a small pick-up truck here. Central location, kind and to-the-point staff, will definitely go here again.

Run as fast as you can away from this business. Poorly organized record keeping or outright fraud was my experience. I rented largest truck available from them. Daily price seemed good and $0.44/mi was also reasonable. Truck wasn't quite ready to go as I had to schlep the dozen furniture pads out to the truck myself, but that wasn't much concern. They threw in a dolly for free and said after hours return (5:30) was no problem, so I thought this would go well.



As soon as I pulled away from parking lot, I noticed that the fuel wasn't near full as marked on contract. I called immediately to report that the tank was only a bit above 3/4 full. Female attendant said no problem, just refill to that mark when returning. Completed my move, swept the truck bed cleaner than I got it, returned fuel to 3/4 at nearby truck stop (which took forever and kept me from returning before the 5:30 closing time), parked in the exact same spot, filled out drop off paperwork and put that and keys in the after hours drop box around 5:45 the same day. Days later I see a $199 charge on my card which is easily $70+ too much for the 1 day rental.



I called to find out what was going on and they claimed I had kept the truck for 3 days! As I said earlier, either they have very sloppy record keeping or are thieves. How do you miss a 24' truck for 2 days? They refused to bend despite threat of writing this review and a BBB complaint. Payment disputed on CC. Resolution to be determined.

DO NOT do business with this branch! When you're planning a move, you don't want any inconvenience especially when you have everything set out already. I reserved a truck with this branch a week before the pick up day. And a day before the pick up date, they called and asked me to wait 4 days later or cancel the reservation because they don't have a truck available on the agreed pick up date. And to make matters worse, when they informed me about it, it was on a Friday, 15 mins. before their office closed and going towards Memorial Day weekend...I mean what kind of business is that??!!! I was sheduled to move on a Sunday and obviously, it would be impossible for me to hunt for another truck rental on a weekend! They had to call me so late just to inform me that I can't have the truck that I reserved a week ago???!!!!! The people in this branch is IMPOSSIBLE to work with!!!! That lady who called me has no compassion at all, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, and most of all, didn't even offer another truck that's available for use. This branch seriously has NO system at all, very disappointing and very unprofessional!
