I have lived at Bradford Woods since 2006 and the only reason I have continued to stay is so that my kids can finish at Overton High School, But after the lastest things that have happened over here I can truly say that when it comes time to renew the lease, I don't think that I will be doing it. We just had a tenant move in and boy they are far from clean. Instead of taking the trash to the dumpster they simply but it in the hallway. It's the summertime here in the south and heat tends to bring out the true smells. When I come out of my apartment to head out to work the hallway smells like straight garbage. I have called several times about this issue but it is very obvious that nothing is being done, because the tenant continues to do it. A few months ago we had tenants underneath us that were selling drugs. As is growing plants and everything, prior to that we had to continue to call on them because they would play the music loud and it would disturb everyone. Another problem that I have is when I run bath water there is black stuff that comes out in the water. I had called several times and been promised that it would be fixed, that was back in May this is now July and it still has not been fixed. There are also been been three armed robberies over here since I moved in. The lastest once was June 29th. So at this point I don't feel safe. Another thing that I also noticed about Bradford Woods is that with the enconomy being in such a bad state and people losing their jobs, a lot of other apartment communities are not increasing the rent, Not Bradford Woods, they increase it every year.I am really regretting renewing my lease at this point and will be making plans to move somewhere else very soon.
