NOT BAD. I did not use them myself but a family member did and told me about their service. not great but they do the job well enough

I had a wonderful experience with American! I had used another company for years but my family recommended American because they get better pricing because of the volume of new homes they do. They came out last week in the 5deg weather and installed my new system and beat the other 2 quotes I had by $1100! Thank You
