Travis Dyer was nice and did what I asked him to do with doing some extra cleaning of webs around my porch and I appreciated that. I was pleased with the job he did.

Mark M. was very professional and polite. He was able to take care of the massive amounts of wasps nests under the deck and the spider webs on the front porch. Alterra provided the initial service and inspection at no cost which is such a great deal when other companies charge an arm and a leg for that same service.

TJ does an amazing job each time. He is very customer service focused and goes above and beyond to ensure any issues are resolved or taken care of before they become a problem.

Brandon Winfree is amazing he did a very detailed service and pointed out issues I did not even notice . He always goes above and beyond .

William A 08/28/2015 what I like was Derrick Pulley came out treated my house and did not look like he was in a hurry to get done and move on. He took time to tell me what he was doing and did I see any pest that may have been bothering me.

Mark M. was our service pro yesterday and was fantastic! He was great with our dogs and toddler boys. He was on time, friendly, and very thorough. We were very impressed!

Anthony S. came by yesterday to fulfill the death sentence I had given to these spiders. He was on time, in uniform, spoke clearly, and explained the service he would provide for that day. Further, he asked me if I had any other concerns or if he needed to provide special attention to certain areas. Once in his duties, I thought he very thorough. I struck up conversation while I was moving furniture and he wasn't a stick in the mud; he was very personable. Once finished, he went over all details within the paperwork and explained the warranty service. With Alterra having their company face with techs like Anthony, I am comfortable that I made the right decision to use their services.
