Found them through a local deal site, bought a certificate for a cleaning and inspection. I was scheduled for 3 weeks from the date of my call due to their full schedule. Day of appointment, they never showed up; I left multiple messages trying to contact them that day and for days afterward. Finally, Stephanie returned my call and said they were having phone problems, then scheduled me again for a week after the date of my call. On that date, anther no show! I called and left messages expressing my EXTREME disappointment, and a month later have not received a return call with an apology or offer to reschedule. Do not waste your time with them!

I have never written a review before but our experience was so bad this will be our first! They were a "no call, no show" THREE times!! First-made appointment of rTuesday and I called to confirm, gentleman said he had us down for Wednesday which I would have never scheduled as I work Wednesday but no big deal. We are all human and make mistakes. We reschedule. We move furniture, husband ensures he is home etc. and of course, no call, no show AND no return calls!! Wow! How childish and unprofessional? We finally get ahold of a woman in the office and she apologizes, is very nice and ensures that the gentleman will be there for yes, our third appointment. So, again we move furniture, we have company in town who now is apart of this fun and yes, you guessed it-NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN! Now I am really mad. We call leave messages and so forth and yes, no return calls. Be an adult and at least call back to tell us "why" or say "sorry". Your word is all you have in the business world and at this rate-they have nothing.

For several years, I have been having issues with a leaky chimney. I called All Year Chimney Sweeps and Repair and they were able to find and fix the water leak in one visit. Several years ago, I decided to convert from wood burning to gas logs. I remove the wood burning insert, and had the gas logs installed and with the first rain, I could tell it was leaking. I hired a contractor to remove the cap and seal off the top of the chimney, but that still did not stop the leaks. I hired another contactor to replace all the flashing around the chimney and it still leaked. No one in Clarksville was willing to work on my chimney so I started searching Nashville. I found All Year Chimney Sweeps and Repair online and decided to do a little research. He has a high rating with the better business bureau and he had high rating on Yahoo local. So I called, Mike drove out and spent some time looking over my chimney and created a checklist of things that should be done. I set up a time for him to complete the tasks and he called and showed up on time. In less than 4 hours he had sealed all the cracks, sealed the chimney and cap. I am happy to say after these last couple hard rains I have not had one drop of water come through my chimney. Mike was very professional, calling and setting up appoints, and he was willing to drive 40 + miles to fix my chimney. I would highly recommend All Year Chimney Sweeps and Repair to anyone that needs their chimney repaired or cleaned.
