Action Security Systems, Inc has been providing for more than 30 years high quality equipment and installations of security systems to the Middle Tennessee area for residential, commercial, industrial, and government institutions since 1977. Being a company that is quality oriented with long term plans, we only represent manufacturer's products who offer a minimum of a three year warranty on their products. As stated in our contracts our customers receive a minimum of three year warranty on the products, however, many of our lines provide a five year warranty. Our labor warranty is one year. Our philosophy is to under promise and over deliver to insure customer satisfaction. The majority of the products we represent are companies who require our technicians to be factory trained and certified. The TN Alarm Contractors Board requires that each installing employee be trained to Level I, ( a training course ) provided by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association Standards or the equivalence of ; in order to hold a valid employee registration card. We at Action Security Systems, Inc believe that course should be exceeded with training from other sources. Our product vendors are training our employees in house and at our association meetings.
