I really wish someone would have written a review before i moved in. the building is fairly new and doesn't have much info. Basically i would give Stewart property management no stars if i could. They are all hype but as soon as you sign the rental agreement be ready to be on your own in a building of crack addicts that steal and call the police to the building for any small infraction. And when i say small infraction i mean like your talking too loud or your walking in your apartment. This place you will pay top dollar to live in a very dangerous neighborhood where your mail is stolen on a daily. The building does have a maintenance man named Anthony that will tattle tale on you and never fixes anything. not to mention with the pricing you are paying to live here and you don't even have 24 maintenance!!!!! wtf



I really hope that people will read this and really do their research on this building. Sandy is the biggest lyer yet. During the rental process to get you to rent she is all sugar once you rent she never returns a call and will tell you one thing and send you threatening letters later.



Truly don't let the good looking new construction fool you.
