I recently came in for an eye exam and was pleased to find out I am not loosing my mind, just my eye sight. The doctor knew I was a little uncomfortable with anyone touching my eyes, he had a great sense of humor to ease my exam. Also, at no time did I feel I was being rushed. He was very pleasant to work with. I commented to him, his office could be just a tad more child friendly with some posters or maybe some antique glasses laying around to peak a childs interest. Unfortunately, when I went to pick a pair of frames, I not only felt rushed but the woman had explained to me how the progressive glasses worked. I did not understand her first explanation, after she gave a sigh and seemed a bit put out, she explained it again in the exact same way. I will be purchasing my frames elsewhere. When I originally entered the office, I got a clip board to fill out from the woman no smile, no greeting, just fill this out. First impressions mean a lot and I hope I just caught her at the end of her shift or just a bad day. But no matter, when your on the clock, its called Work for a reason and customers shuoldn't feel like we are bothering them. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!!!!!! I just wanted to let you know my experience, and again the Doc was great. Thanks
