These people sold a silver cup, very black with tarnish, on Ebay for $30. When cleaned with Wright's Silver Cream, it was plain that the item was previously damaged with an abrasive cleaner. However, the seller refused to refund or accept a return. They sold junk and they knew it, and cheated me.
