From brad Lizzie the April 19 review the lady who wrote the review is a crazy lady . I tried to ask her question what kind of problem she was having she got annoyed because I was trying to find out what was wrong. She demanded me to come over immediately .she was screaming at me and I told her she had an bad attitude and told her to call back when she had an better attitude. She called back and set appointment for Monday .she than called me back canceled the appointment and screamed into the phone like a crazy women . The door was out of warranty by 1yr and I was still was going to go there for free . She was just mad because I was not going to put up with her abuse . Thanks for reading this brad Lizzie

I had this company install two garage doors on my garage feburary of 2011. Today I called to report the the doors were rubbing and causing damage as they closed. Brad the owner of the company as he told me. Continued to pepper me with all kinds of questions as if I know about garaged doors. I told him I'm not a garage door installer. He blatently told me it wasn't the garage doors. I asked couldn't you come look at it. I spent 1800.00 on these doors. He was extremely rude to me and didn't want to help me in anyway. I will report this business to the better business bureau. They have terrible customer service. They throw on doors take your money and if theres a problem with the doors forget about them coming to fix them if theres a problem.

We had a broken garage door for a long time. It was so wonderful to finally replace it after 20 years and this service did it in a few hours. When we had a problem resetting it a few years later, they came right over. He taught us how to reset it ourselves and we never had to call him again!
