I have had great experiences with all the therapists and office staff face to face. However one of the person who answers the phone is horrible to deal with, this person makes you want to just hang up. Setting an appointment or trying to setup an initial appointment will being anger and frustration. Its just some kinda attitude of not wanting my business, or maybe she hates her job. She just really isnt friendly. Every time I have called I feel like I did something wrong. I really just wish she was as welcoming as the actual Phds who are there. Maybe its just me, but I spend my days cold calling, talking to business, and this women has made me not want to go there, when I first called, and follow up bring a sense of dread. I cant pinpoint anything specific but she is just not friendly, and treats you are like the enemy. I am paying you alot of money, dont treat me like I am causing you pain for trying to become a new patient.

We have been to several counselors before, and found staff and counselors at Merrimack Valley Counseling were the kindest and most helpful in listening, advising, and offering solutions to our problems. Highly recommended. Bob & Debbie D.
