I have been using this Dominoe's for years. When you use the online or mobile app. for ordering, the services are GREAT!! Your food arrives hot, in a timely manner, exactly as you expected.
Two Thumbs Up!!!
HOWEVER, the glitch comes when you need to order the "old fashion" way, by phone! This is where the frustrations begin. It usually takes several attempts before the phone is answered, once answered I have always been placed on hold (as usually forgotten). Nine times out of ten the person answering the phone can't assist me. Two Thumbs DOWN!!
HELPFUL HINT....Use the online site or mobile app. for ordering and you'll always be pleasantly pleased !!!
