I had my new home completely carpeted and floored 40 years ago. I went back to have my carpet upgraded. what can I say, the owner was helpful, professional and worked with us on our time schedule. the installers were good and helpful. the prices were reasonable. what more can you ask for

Awful customer service!! Go in there to listen only and do NOT ask questions or Joseph will change his tone and become extremely rude!!



As a consumer, we want to make sure our hard earned money is going to a good, quality product that will meet our needs. I was comparing the carpets there with carpets that I saw at another flooring installer. Joseph got angry when I asked about the density of the carpets he was showing me, what they were made with and what the warranty of each of the carpets were. He nearly yelled at me; telling me to go to Home Depot because I didn't trust him. When I told him I was interested in upgrading to a pad with a moisture barrier, he showed me what he had and then proceeded to yell at me when I had questions about it.



I had to leave. I could no longer subject myself to such abuse as a consumer. UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot recommend them when paying customers, or could be paying customers, are treated that way. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!
