We hired a local contractor by the name of J. Robbins construction, LLC out of South Kinstown. He hired this flooring company to put our wood flooring down in our new retirement home. After we moved in and removed the protective paper that they put down we found that the floors were severely cupping with hundreds of cracks and the polyurethane compromised in all the seams. They wanted to sand our brand new prefinished hardwood floors down to correct the problem instead of doing the right thing and replacing the floor. Our home is still turned upside down and nothing has been done.
