Have rented from Tiny Tikes for years but this year an awful experience. They did not pick up the items when I advised them & then left me a message threatening extra charges and an extra pick up charge because they did not have them. When I spoke to Stormy the owner to protest at being threatened with a charge because their delivery person was late , and said that I would report them if they charged extra she said that they would no longer do business with us .

Extraordinary - find somewhere else, not worth the abuse & hassle.

Our local favorite, and highly recommended because our family has ordered from Tiny Tikes for years. When I was a little girl so many years ago and we were going to Marco Island and Naples Florida, we rented bikes and beds. Now I have my own kids. I love this service, they have been there forever and they have always made our vacations so easy. Last visit, we rented a crib, highchair and beach gear that included strollers, chairs and carts and even a cooler and some beach toys. We are coming back for Thanksgiving and just finished placing our order again. We recommend this service to everyone with kids, they make traveling with Tykes so easy, and for the so many years that we have traveled to Naples, very reliable, love the peace of mind and ease!

We love Tiny Tikes. This is our 5th time rented from them. Our family has used this service for many years before our new baby came along. They deliver as promised! This year we receive brand new crib! Randy, has been delivering to us all these years, and told us that they just replaced all the deluxe cribs due to drop down side recalls. We also get a beach stroller and wagon to take our kids and stuff to the beach. Great Service, great people and nice products. We love the ease, Tiny Tikes delivers as promised and we love the service. We are coming back for Easter, and will call them again.

We called and requested three items. When tiny tikes arrived, they had forgot the toys and we didn't receive them for another two days. We had requested toys for a one year old boy and they brought a bucket full of toys, most of which our son couldn't play with-- a jump rope (strangulation hazard in my opinion), pull along toy with no string (not fun), a ball that the stuffing was falling out and tons of sand toys (not at the beach). The first crib that we received was so rickety that I pinched my finger moving it across the room to try to wedge it between two pieces of furniture. We decided that the crib was not safe and requested a new one that we had to pay an additional $10 to rent. The crib sheet was nice but the quilt had the cotton coming out in several places and I would not want a small child sleeping with the loose threads, etc. I really had high hopes for tiny tikes and we were very happy with the high chair. It's an older model but it was very sturdy safe and clean. If I were vi sting again, I would buy my own toys at Walmart and donate after we were done or rent them somewhere else. We were happy with the second crib but it was a big hassle having the first one replaced. Shop around if you can! Our family has also used twinkle little store and had a better experience there.

We will Rent Again, thank you Tiny Tikes for your great service. We will recommend you to our friends. Everything was clean, and in good condition and delivered right to our door and so easy for our travels with our baby. Awesome find!!
