At happy hour bar pricese said to be half prices beware of this trick ask before you order,I ordered a sour mash whisky on the rocks,when the bill came it was $8.00 plus a $1.00 for on the rocks,When I ask if that ment it was $18.00 after happy hour I was told that's what I was TOLD TO PRICE THAT AT AND THE OWNERS OUT OF TOWN.They have no idea the business they lost last Saturday night,In season when we have friends come in town we take them out for drinks and dinner,about 4 couples a year. They will never see that happen this year. BIG MISTAKE

The food was excellent, however the service and the professionalism at this place was HORRIBLE! We constantly saw the hostess "adjusting" herself to show more cleavage and saw a lot more than we wanted to see. Was asked to move tables twice. And during the whole dinner service we were pointed at by the chef, servers and hostess as they were needing our table for some live entertainment they were having later that evening. They were moving tables around us during our dinner, leaving us the only table in the center of the room, which was extrememly uncomfortable. We would loved to have dessert, but it was clear we were no longer welcomed there and noticed other patrons were visible upset. And as we were exiting the restaurant we heard the hostess state, "Awesome, they finally left." We were there for only an hour. If you are wanting to have a relaxing meal and enjoy a couple of cocktails, I would highly NOT recommend this place. We were regulars and we will never go back.

I have been going to the Mug for years and heard that it had re-opened under all new owners so I figured I would give it a try. I was also told they just hired a brand new chef. The food was excellent! I had the prime rib and it was to die for! The salad bar was also back and was just as I remembered. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who knows and enjoys good food! The service was great! I was told they now have entertainment as well and stuck around for the band Small Craft last Saturday. They were awesome! Definitely glad I came in!

The "Mug" has been a favorite of ours since 1973. A recent visit proved very disappointing: poor service, tough steak, incorrect order and overall not the same as thePewter Mug was famous for in past years. Complained to management/owners with no response at all. The real "Mug" is gone forever and this pretender is not a Naples-quality steakhouse. Don't expect this restaurant to last over 30 years like the original mug.

Went Friday @ 4, dinner was good, but dissapointed. They did not have ribeyes on the menu which I thought was very odd being a steakhouse. I ended up ordering New York strip, I would not recommend this, although I would recommend the prime rib which was delicious. They no longer offer soup, bread or cheese on the salad bar due to OSHA requirements. The server Curtis was outstanding,would go again but only if they offer ribeyes.
