This place is a joke! 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Had a Napa battery and wanted to purchase another Napa battery. Due to credit card machine was down they said they would take a check. Pulled battery out of truck, (committed at this point to purchase with them). Came back in store with old battery and started to write a check and they all (4 employees standing around doing nothing) changed their mind(s). They could not take a check but could NOT take a credit card either!!! Credit card machine was down. I was stuck!! This place is a joke they should of had their lights turned off and doors should of been locked and not to take any business that day!!!! Very poor management. Very poor employees who all lack any kind of customer care service skills... Will NEVER buy Napa again!!!
