Southwest Glass and Mirror, Inc. is under new management. The new owner Mike is 3rd generation glazier with over 25 years of experience. His staff works well together and is professional and produces quality work and installs a quality product. Erin is the office manager. Erin runs the front office and helps with quotes and is a pleasure to work with. Matt is an installer and assisted Mike with installing my new shower enclosure. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and product that was installed. I will be recommending them to everyone I can that needs glass, windows, shower enclosures, and table top glass. I am very happy and enjoyed working with them.

If you expect service after installation when something goes wrong, don't hire these people. They don't answer the phone or call you back or come out when scheduled. The original installation was fine, but I would never hire them again due to lack of any customer service.
