They answered the phone, they showed up on time, they were courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Called and they showed up next day. They were quick to figure out why my shutter was jammed, fixed it and gone in 30 minutes. Price very good, outstanding job.

I highly recommend this company. My shutter was not working so I called couple of companies for an estimate. the first company told me that the motor was broken and would cost $$$ to replace. When Shutter Doctor came to give me the estimate, they checked the shutter and told me that it was not necessary to replace the motor. It was just a small problem with the wiring. I could clearly see that they knew what they were doing. They gave me the best price, provided great service, were helpful, and gladly answered any questions that I had. From now on, I will use them whenever I have problems with my shutters and would suggest them to anyone.

Do not use this company. Last fall we experienced a problem with our hurricane shutter and called this company to repair it. During the repair process we observed that some of the guides were bent. They removed they but did not replace them with new ones. When questioned, they indicated that the parts were not necessary. When we returned in January, the shutters failed on the first try. The company indicated that the repair was 6 months ago and I would have to pay another service charge. The fact that it only was used once did not matter and we were not offered any consideration. Subsequently, we have found honest and reliable repair service. We have learned to do our homework before hiring a contractor in Naples, Florida.
