Way overcooked ribs. This was a take-out order or I would have sent it back. While waiting for my order a man at the counter, eating the steak sandwich, said his food was overdone. Sorry to say, "thumbs down" for this new Naples restaurant.

Service too slow. Need to be more organize in the room. Waitress only apologized for the delay with the order. Kindly recommend to substitute paper cover tables for individual plastic ones. Next day after openning no mashed potatoes, bbq beans available. Men's restroom need paper towels aditional to heat dryer for hands. Need lights for outside tables under tent.Im' not thinking visiting the place again for the moment, prefer to wait for better reviews. Hope this will help to improve service.

The service was poor. Must of had a new waitress. Spoke, and lacked understanding of english. The food arrived one item at a time. The waitress was unsure of what sides were available.The food flavor was good. Ribs tasty but not cooked long enough. Fries not cooked long enough. Odered Baked Potato, but was told after about ten minutes it wasn't available.All in all it was a poor dining experience. Won't be going back anytime soon.
